Return Policy

At Covoare Persane, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If an online order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions below.

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable Romanian consumer law. The period starts on the day when the customer, or a person designated by the customer, takes possession of the product.

2. Return conditions

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, without damage, stains, odours, washing, alterations, or signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it. Please include all accessories and documents supplied with the order and package the product securely for transport.

3. Products that cannot be returned

Products made to the customer’s specifications, customised products, or items that have been altered at the customer’s request may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the law permits. Products damaged through improper handling may be refused or may be subject to a reduction in the refund corresponding to the diminished value.

4. How to request a return

Before sending a product back, please contact us at contact@covoarepersane.ro or by phone at +40 736 360 000. Include your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the date on which you received it. We will provide the necessary return instructions.

5. Return shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged on delivery, or different from what was ordered, the direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Products must not be sent cash on delivery unless this has been agreed with us in advance.

6. Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, within the period required by applicable law. We may postpone reimbursement until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

7. Damaged or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged or is not the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
